About Us

Vitruvian Engineering was formed in March 2010, leveraging experience offering contract services through a sole-proprietorship for several years, as well as having worked in the engineering field at companies of various size (from 3 to 30,000 employees). Over this time, I have been awarded nine US and international patents in the inkjet field.

My educational background is in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, with focus on control systems. During the program I began offering consulting services and provided various machinery automation and design projects to Magna International divisions and other local companies. One such company was working on an inkjet project and I joined to provide the original software and electrical design and prototyping of the Leggett and Platt line of digital printers. This venture took me through a few moves around the US and on business travel to countries worldwide.

I was then invited to return to Canada to continue contributing to inkjet printer design with the R&D team at GandInnovations, which was later purchased by Agfa Graphics.
